Dutch School Days
School is underway in The Netherlands and Graham had his first day last Tuesday. His teacher is Mrs. Leah and she is from Canada. As part of the school supply list, each student is required to have a pair of rain boots for those wet Dutch school days and a pair of indoor classroom slippers. Boots and crocs! Graham will have no problems wearing shoes at this school!
Here are a few pictures of our sweet Graham's first day of school as a 3 year old at the SKSG International School.
So excited for his first day... When I picked him up later that day, he told me, "Mom go back to work!"
The temperatures was a cool 63 degrees! I didn't anticipate having to pull out the long sleeves so soon! And, I am definitely missing those school uniforms he had to wear in Singapore.
Thanks Nannie CC for the school bag!

Lions, Tigers, Bears, and oh--Hamburg Too!
We have been long overdue for a trip to the zoo. So, our recent weekend stay in Hamburg, Germany allowed us to do a little sightseeing one day and spend the next amongst the animals. While the city didn't excite much, Jason and I had our taste of German beer, Caroline gobbled up her share of ice cream, and Graham brought home two scraped knees for souvenirs. Just a few more memories to add to the scrapbook.
Lions, Tigers, Bears, and oh--Hamburg too!
Perfect weather for a day at the zoo!
Little miss was some kind of excited about seeing the animals!
Trying to cross the shaky bridge.
That ice cream was so cold it made my hair stand up!
